At DNO Performance LLC, we’re committed to getting your parts to you as quickly and safely as possible. Please review our shipping policy below before placing your order.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Custom or special-order items may require additional time, which will be noted on the product page or communicated by email.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, order size, and selected shipping method.
Standard shipping typically takes 3–7 business days within the U.S.
Expedited options may be available at checkout for an additional fee.

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on carrier delays, weather, or high order volume.

Shipping Carriers

We primarily use UPS, USPS, and FedEx depending on the item size, weight, and destination. Tracking information will be provided once your order has shipped.

PO Boxes & APO/FPO Addresses

We can ship to PO Boxes and APO/FPO addresses, but please allow additional time for delivery. Large items may require a physical address.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Shipping Delays

We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather, holidays, or incorrect addresses. If your package is delayed or lost, contact support@dnoperformance.com and we’ll do our best to help.

Damaged or Lost Packages

If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 5 business days of delivery with photos and your order number. We will work with you and the carrier to resolve the issue.

International Shipping

At this time, we are only shipping within the United States. We hope to expand internationally in the future.
